About Us
What is EAPA?
Established in 1971, the Employee
Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA) is the world's oldest
and largest membership organization for employee assistance professionals,
with approximately 6,200 members in the United States and more than 30
other countries. EAPA hosts an annual conference, publishes a journal
for the employee assistance profession, and offers trainings and other
resources to enhance the professionalism of its members and the industry.

About the MA/RI EAPA Chapter
The Massachusetts/Rhode Island Chapter of EAPA was formed in 1977, to
provide local training, networking, business development and leadership
opportunities for professionals who want to expand their knowledge of
workplace issues and trends impacting performance and productivity. Our
